As the saying goes "WE weren't born here but we got here as soon as we could." In between Dan was a New York City Police officer for 23 years, the last 18 of which he was in Highway Patrol. Lydia was a stay at home mom that was very involved in their four children's lives, soccer mom, PTA, Girl Scouts, etc. Dan has his GRI and MRE designations. The GRI designation provides training in the critical skills of listing, selling, financing and advanced real estate laws and is recognized throughout the nation as a standard for real estate professionalism. Though Lydia is relatively new to real estate she has already attended classes and seminars designed to increase her abilities to serve her clients in an informed and prossessional manner. The MRE designation is still futher education avaible to realtors to assist in helping clients avoid the many pitfalls in realestate.While working in real estate and at Maverick Realty., We have successfully completed many sales and have had many residential, commerical, and land listings.
